Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Reports To: Property Manager / Security Supervisor Summary: Are you a customer-service superstar with a passion for security and community safety? We are seeking a professional, high-energy, and reliable Front-Desk Condominium Concierge / Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you are the face of the building. You will blend elite security practices with first-class hospitality, ensuring our residents, guests, and property remain safe, secure, and welcomed. The ideal candidate treats residents like VIPs while maintaining a sharp, observant eye for safety. Key Responsibilities: Hospitality & Front Desk: Warmly greet residents, visitors, and contractors. Answer phone calls, manage emails, and assist with general inquiries with a polite and professional demeanor. Access Control: Monitor building access points, verify visitor identities, manage key distributions, and log inbound/outbound deliveries and packages. Security Patrols: Conduct regular interior and exterior foot patrols to ensure all amenities, exits, and mechanical rooms are secure and free of hazards. Incident Response: Calmly and effectively handle emergency situations (e.g., fire alarms, medical emergencies, floods) by following established protocols and contacting emergency services when necessary. Detailed Reporting: Maintain an accurate daily shift log and write clear, concise incident reports using guard management software. By-law Enforcement: Gently but firmly enforce condominium rules, regulations, and parking policies. Requirements & Qualifications: Licensing: Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License. Certifications: Valid Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C certificate. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in concierge security, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service is preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CCTV monitoring systems, and visitor management software (e.g., Condo Control Central). Professionalism: Impeccable grooming, posture, and uniform standards.
