Are your security guards licensed in Ontario?
Yes — every Warriorz security guard holds a valid Ontario Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA) licence, verified before placement and re-checked at renewal. To hold that licence, an Ontario guard must complete the Ministry-mandated basic training program (a minimum of 40 hours, including Emergency First Aid and CPR) and pass the provincial security guard test. Beyond the legal minimum, our guards complete internal certification in de-escalation, emergency response, and Use of Force reporting, and are dispatched and supervised 24/7. Warriorz is fully insured and bonded as an Ontario security company. The practical benefit for you: every guard on your site can produce proof of a current PSISA licence on request, so you can demonstrate compliance to your own board, insurer, or auditor without taking it on trust.
How fast do you respond to an alarm?
Warriorz dispatches a licensed security guard to your site within 30 minutes of alarm activation, around the clock. On arrival the guard verifies whether the alarm is genuine or false, assesses the scene, coordinates with police or fire services if required, secures the premises, and leaves a photo-documented incident report. Fast verified response is the value here: most alarm activations are false, and sending a trained guard rather than calling the property owner out at 3 a.m. — or relying on an over-stretched police response to an unverified alarm — resolves the great majority of activations quickly and safely. Key-holding services are available, so we can lock up or secure the site without you attending in person. How much does alarm response cost?
Alarm response is usually billed per call-out, often combined with a monthly retainer that covers key-holding and guaranteed availability. The structure suits the service: you are paying for the assurance that a licensed guard will attend on demand, plus a per-incident charge when an alarm actually fires. Pricing depends on your location relative to our coverage, your after-hours requirements, and whether you want key-holding included so we can secure the premises without you attending. For a portfolio of sites, response is frequently bundled with mobile patrol, since the same marked vehicles already covering an overnight route can attend an activation efficiently. Because alarm response should be predictable, we set out the retainer and per-call-out terms in writing rather than leaving it open-ended.
