Community

Built local. Built right.

Warriorz is a new Ontario security firm. We're not going to pretend to a 20-year sponsorship history we haven't earned. What we have is a commitment to do this right from day one — local hiring, open doors for non-profits, and a transparent share of every contract going back to the communities that trust us.

From the team

We're new. The community piece can't be a marketing checkbox.

Most security companies talk about community after they're already established — long-running scholarships, decade-old hockey sponsorships, partnerships with police auxiliaries. We don't have any of that yet, and we're not going to invent it.

What we will do is publish the things we're committing to right now, and the things we'll publish at the one-year mark. If we say it on this page, you can hold us to it.

Operating principles

Three things that aren't optional.

01

Local first

Property managers tell us security feels different when guards live in the neighbourhoods they protect. Every recruitment search starts with local applicants — Cambridge, Oxford County, GTA — before we widen the net.

02

Open door for non-profits

Community centres, faith organizations, and registered non-profits in our coverage area get a no-cost site security assessment. No retainer, no commitment, no hidden upsell.

03

A share goes back

We commit a portion of every contract to local community causes. As we grow, the list of organizations supported will be published publicly with the amounts contributed.

Year-one commitments

What we're holding ourselves to.

  • Local hiring≥ 80%of guards hired from within the region they serve, by end of year one.
  • Pro-bono coverageOpenevery reasonable charity / non-profit request reviewed within 7 days.
  • TransparencyAnnualpublic report of community contributions, hours donated, and orgs supported.

Open invitations

If you're any of these — reach out.

  • Charity walks, runs, or community fundraisers — reach out for pro-bono security coverage requests
  • Cambridge, Oxford County, or GTA non-profits — free site security assessments, no retainer
  • Ontario colleges with security or law-enforcement programs — mentorship, site tours, internship inquiries

Have an idea? We're listening.

Non-profits, schools, community groups, neighbourhood organizers — drop us a line. We'll respond within seven days, even when the answer has to be no.
