To hold that licence, an Ontario guard must complete the Ministry-mandated basic training program (a minimum of 40 hours, including Emergency First Aid and CPR) and pass the provincial security guard test. Beyond the legal minimum, our guards complete internal certification in de-escalation, emergency response, and Use of Force reporting, and are dispatched and supervised 24/7.
