We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

8. Our Operational Portals
Our site may link to operational portals for clients, employees and authorised personnel. These Terms do not grant you access to those portals. Access to and use of the portals and our security services is governed by the separate written agreement between you and us, and by applicable law, including Ontario's Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 where it applies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement in relation to the portals or services, that agreement prevails for those matters.
9. You Must Keep Your Account Details Safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of these Terms. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your credentials, you must promptly notify us at security@warriorzsecurity.ca.
10. No Professional or Security Advice
The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely, and it is not a security assessment, professional advice, or a substitute for engaging a licensed security provider. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our site current, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
11. How You May Use Material on Our Site

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

If you contact us or submit information through our site (for example, a quote request or contact form), you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and lawful, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that it does not contain anything unlawful, malicious or harmful. We handle personal information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warriorz and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. How We May Use Your Personal Information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
18. We Are Not Responsible for Viruses and You Must Not Introduce Them
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site, and you should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. We may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and in the event of such a breach your right to use our site will cease immediately.
19. Rules About Linking to Our Site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our site must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

"Warriorz," the Warriorz logo, and our other names and logos are trademarks of Warriorz Security Solutions Inc. You are not permitted to use them without our prior written approval.

- Use our site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape or re-sell any part of our site other than as expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Send or upload any material that is malicious, harmful, or that you do not have the right to send.
22. Breach of These Terms
When we consider that a breach of these Terms has occurred, we may take such action as we reasonably deem appropriate, which may include withdrawing your right to use our site, or taking legal action against you. We exclude our liability for all action we may reasonably take in response to breaches of these Terms.
23. Which Laws Apply to Any Disputes
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. You and we both agree that the courts of the Province of Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our site.
